The article presents modern data on the etiology and pathogenesis of DIC, risk factors for DIC in pregnant women. The necessity of complex diagnostics of DIC syndrome, which consists of the picture of the main disease, clinical manifestations and laboratory tests, is shown. The diagnostic and prognostic role of laboratory indices of hemostasis system, allowing to determine effective therapy of DIC-syndrome in pregnant women, is demonstrated.
